Create a page

Click + in the header to create a new note. Add a title you will recognize later, then write in the page body. Use a separate page for a topic you expect to return to: a project plan, reading notes, or a weekly review. Use the Inbox for loose thoughts and immediate work.

Format your writing

Type / on an empty line to open the insert menu. Choose a block such as:
  • Heading 1, Heading 2, or another heading level for sections.
  • Bulleted list for related points.
  • Numbered list for ordered steps.
  • To-do list for items with checkboxes.
  • Table for information in rows and columns.
  • Collapsible for a section you want to hide and show.
Start with the simplest structure that makes the note readable. You can keep rough thoughts as plain paragraphs.

Ask about a page

Use Ask Char in the page header. The page becomes context for the conversation, so you can ask “What is missing from this plan?” without pasting the entire note. See Work with Charlie for example requests.

Find a note again

Use the search/history control in the app header to look for your page. A distinctive title and a few memorable words make a page easier to find. If a chat is missing, check Settings → Archived chats. A closed or archived conversation is different from deleting a page. The page’s share control copies an app link. A copied link is not, by itself, a public webpage or a grant of access to another person. Before relying on it for collaboration, check that the recipient can open the same content. For external agents, see Cloud access.

Delete a page

Open Page options in the page header and choose Delete only when you intend to remove the page. Copy any content you still need before deleting it.
