Report a problem

Include:
  • Your Char app version and operating system.
  • The steps that led to the problem.
  • What you expected and what actually happened.
  • The exact error message, if there is one.
  • Whether it happens every time or only sometimes.
A short report is enough:
Remove private note content, account details, tokens, and recovery keys from screenshots or logs before sharing them.

Describe the task you are trying to finish and the point where you get stuck. For example: “I keep project notes in Char and want to turn the approved summary into an update in my team’s app.”
