The + button in the app header always creates a page. Use it if you want a page while a chat is open. Page undo includes text edits, block deletion, todo checkboxes, and Move to History. It applies to the page you last worked in, even after clicking a checkbox or archive control. Text fields such as the chat composer keep their own undo history.

While writing

Type / on an empty line to open the insert menu. Search for the block you need, such as a heading or to-do list.

In Settings

Use Search settings to find a control by name. Press Escape once to clear the search; when the field is empty, Escape leaves the search field. In Keyboard shortcuts, click a shortcut or its row to record a new combination inline. A valid, unused combination saves immediately. If another action uses it, press Enter to confirm reassignment. Press Esc or click the Esc button to cancel. While recording, the trash button clears the current binding without removing the action. The reset arrow appears only for shortcuts that differ from their defaults, including cleared shortcuts. Use it to restore that shortcut, or Reset all to defaults to restore every shortcut. Shortcut availability can differ between desktop versions and operating systems. Menu labels and tooltips in the installed app are the best guide to the shortcuts available there.
