Capture a quick thought
Write loose thoughts and things to do on Home. When a topic needs its own space, create a page with a title you will recognize later. For example, keep “Ask Sam for feedback” on Home and put the draft itself in a page called “Project update.”Return to a page
Use the search/history control in the app header to find a page by its title or a memorable phrase. Open the page to continue editing. See Write and find pages.Ask about what you are writing
Open a page and choose Ask Char. Check that the page appears in the composer context, then describe what you want Charlie to do with it.Read this project update and suggest three questions I should answer before sharing it.Continue in the same chat to refine the answer. Copy the useful result into your page, or ask Charlie to update the page and review the change. See Work with Charlie.
Continue Charlie’s work
On desktop, open a Card on Home or a Page to read the conversation and reply in its composer. Prompts inside the work ask for information or a decision. Use the Deck to switch between open chats and other focused items while keeping your Page in view. A Page holds your writing; a chat holds the conversation. A Card or Chip references that work without making a separate copy. See Continue work in a Card.Track work you will do
Use a to-do list to record your own next steps. Check an item when you have completed it. To have Charlie help with an item, send a request in a chat. For work at a specific time, follow Schedule work and check the saved schedule.Adjust Char
Open Settings and use its search to find the control you need:- Connect an app when a request needs that service.
- Personalize Charlie to change response preferences.
- Manage Awareness to control what Char captures.
- Set up sync to use supported content on another device.
